Libby Paulson grew up in North Carolina and came to the Washington DC area with her husband over 28 years ago. She has two children, two dogs and a cat. She enjoys spending time with her family, learning all things design and real estate driven and remains a southerner at heart. 

Libby joined Preferred Staging in April 2018 as a Lead Stager. She brings to the table her experience with her own staging company of 5 years as well as being an Accredited Staging Professional. Libby sees staging as a way to integrate decorating with marketing to create an experience for the home buyer. Libby’s design choices enhance every room of a staging as well as her advice to sellers and real estate agents add stability to the experience of selling the home. She has the vision to make your home speak to as many buyers possible. 

Libby enjoys attending trainings and conferences in the staging industry so she can continue to grow in her profession and pass her knowledge on to the client. She is also a member of the Real Estate Staging Association Greater Capital Area.
